ALL EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES ARE RETURNING AS OF SEPTEMBER 2022!
Extracurricular activities play an important role in forming well-rounded individuals. St. Ann School is pleased to offer the following opportunities to our students:
Budding musicians in Kindergarten through 8th Grade learn how to read music and play an instrument of their choice. An instructor from the Paul Effman Music Services, offers private lessons in violin, drums, and saxophone. Lessons take place on Wednesday afternoons between 2:30 PM and 5:30 PM.
St. Ann School's Drama Club provides students with the opportunity to discover and express their artistic talents on or behind the stage. In addition to weekly meetings, the Drama Club puts on an annual production designed to showcase the talents of all participating students.
The St. Ann Chapter of the NJHS is open to qualified 7th and 8th Grade students. Membership is based on academic achievement and community service. NJHS members act as school ambassadors during school functions, including our annual Open House. In addition, each year the NJHS chooses one or more charitable organizations to fundraise for and Chapter members are responsible for gathering support from their classmates.
Open to students in 5th through 8th Grades, our newspaper is published four times a year. Writing, editing, and journaling are all fostered through this club! Mrs. Brass conducts this group.
Members of the Young Christian Servants Club put their faith into action by serving less fortunate community members, both locally and nationally. Participating students can earn service hours for Confirmation beginning in January of 6th grade. Mrs. Donna LaBargo and Ms. Kathryn Criscuolo are the moderators.
